Eli Kapu is the President and Publisher of Island Football magazine. Established in 2000, Island Football published it’s first issue in August of that same year. Since 2005 Island Football has published the annual OIA-ILH Football Yearbook. This yearbook is sold at all Hawaii high school football games each fall. The proceeds from these sales directly benefit each participating school.
